Building Use Policy

General Policy

The Stanton W. Mead Education and Visitor Center is a state-owned facility used by a variety of groups and organizations within the prevue of conservation, wildlife management, education, and natural resources. The building cannot be used for commercial purposes, nor for private celebrations. The facility is open for use weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm unless otherwise pre-approved. There are three sites available for reservation: The outdoor classroom with indoor restrooms (max. 30 people) as well as the indoor classroom with kitchen and indoor classrooms (max. 60 people). The third is the indoor library/conference room (max. 12 people). AV equipment is available in the indoor classroom upon request. Let us know in advance and we can assist with making sure you are connected and ready for your presentation.
