Staffing hours for the Stanton W. Mead Education and Visitor Center:

  • Summer hours (April 1st- November 1st) are Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm (staffed by DNR personnel). Center is open 8am-4:30pm.
  • Saturdays 10am-2pm (staffed by Mead volunteers).
  • Winter hours (November 1st- April 1st) are Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (staffed by DNR personnel).
  • Closed holidays.
